BAJRA KHICHDI Ingredients
- ½ Cup Whole Bajra (Soaked Overnight)
- ½ Cup Split Green Moong Dal
- 1 Small Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Tomato (Chopped)
- 1 Carrot (Chopped)
- Beans
- Green Peas (Small Quantity)
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Ghee
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
PREPARATION
1. Prepare Ingredients
Wash the soaked bajra and moong dal thoroughly.
2. Cook Together
Add bajra, moong dal, vegetables, spices, and water to a pressure cooker. Cook for 5–6 whistles.
3. Finish
Stir well, add ghee, and garnish with fresh coriander.
4. Serve
Serve hot with fresh curd or salad.
