SATTU STUFFED MULTIGRAIN ROTI
Sattu Stuffed Multigrain Roti is a traditional Bihari dinner made with multigrain flour and roasted gram flour (sattu). OUR SATTU STUFFED MULTIGRAIN ROTI RECIPE INGREDIENTS

For the Roti
- 2 Multigrain Rotis
- 1 tsp Ghee (Optional)
For the Sattu Stuffing
- ½ Cup Roasted Gram Flour (Sattu)
- 1 Small Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Green Chilli (Finely Chopped)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander (Chopped)
- ½ tsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to Taste
- 2–3 tbsp Water (As Required)
Serve With
- 1 Bowl Homemade Curd
- Fresh Cucumber Salad
PREPARATION
1. Prepare the Stuffing
Mix sattu, onion, green chilli, coriander, ajwain, lemon juice, salt, and a little water until the mixture becomes moist and crumbly.
2. Stuff the Roti
Roll out the multigrain dough, place the stuffing in the center, seal carefully, and roll gently.
3. Cook the Roti
Cook on a hot tawa until golden brown on both sides. Apply a small amount of ghee if desired.
4. Prepare the Sides
Serve with chilled homemade curd and freshly prepared cucumber salad.
5. Serve
Enjoy warm as a wholesome, protein-rich dinner.

For Mixed Vegetable Curry

- Tinda

- Ginger
- Tomato
- Salt
- Turmeric
- 1 tsp Oil
Serve With
- 2 Small Jowar Bhakris
- 1 Bowl Homemade Cur
PREPARATION
1. Prepare Bhakri
Knead jowar flour with warm water and salt. Roll gently and cook on a hot tawa until both sides are cooked.
2. Prepare Vegetable Curry
Heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add ginger, tomatoes, turmeric, and vegetables.
3. Cook Vegetables
Cook until vegetables become tender while retaining their texture.
4. Serve
Serve hot vegetable curry with freshly prepared jowar bhakris and homemade curd.
