MOONG CHILLA STUFFED WITH PANEER
Moong Chilla Stuffed with Paneer is a wholesome, high-protein Indian breakfast made with soaked yellow moong dal and fresh paneer. OUR MOONG CHILLA RECIPE Ingredients
- ½ Cup Soaked Yellow Moong Dal
- 100 g Fresh Paneer (Crumbled)
- 1 Small Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
- 1 Green Chilli (Finely Chopped)
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- Salt to Taste
- 1 tsp Ghee or Cold-Pressed Oil
PREPARATION
1. Prepare Batter
Blend the soaked moong dal with a little water into a smooth batter. Add cumin seeds and salt.
2. Cook Chilla
Spread a thin layer of batter on a hot non-stick pan. Cook until golden on both sides.
3. Prepare Filling
Mix crumbled paneer with onion, coriander, and green chilli.
4. Stuff & Fold
Place the paneer filling inside the cooked chilla, fold gently, and cook for another minute.
5. Serve
Serve hot with mint chutney or fresh curd.

OUR PANEER BHURJI BOWL RECIPE
Ingredients
- 150 g Paneer (crumbled)
- 1 Small Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Small Tomato (chopped)
- ½ Capsicum (chopped)
- 1 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic (minced)
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 1 tsp Ghee
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
1. Sauté the Vegetables
Heat ghee in a pan. Add onion, green chilli, and ginger-garlic. Sauté until the onions
become soft and aromatic.
2. Add Vegetables
Add chopped tomato and capsicum. Cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
3. Add Paneer & Spices
Mix in the crumbled paneer, turmeric, black pepper, and salt. Stir gently and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
4. Garnish & Serve
Finish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot as a nutritious high-protein meal.
